What Is Vibrational Frequency?

First of all, it is important to understand that this refers to our level of consciousness according to David Hawkins’ Scale of Consciousness. The higher it is, the better it is for our happiness and for attracting positive situations into our lives.

Why Is It Important to Raise Your Vibration?

We attract what is at the same vibrational frequency as ours.

Remember this.

Also, it is from the level of Reason upward that we are able to connect with our spiritual guide. The higher our vibrational frequency, the more easily we can contact beings from higher planes.

If you live apathetic, complaining too much, discouraged, and always seeing the negative side of things… you will attract people in the same state, as well as make it harder to achieve what you desire in your life.

You need to be (think and feel) what you wish to attract. After all, the Universe gives more of the same.

So, do you want Peace? Vibrate in peace and you will have it! It is simple, but it may require adjustments in your lifestyle to achieve this.

You can use your intuition, observe your thoughts and feelings, or even use a pendulum.

What Are High Vibrational Frequencies?

In order, from the highest vibrational frequency to the lowest, on David Hawkins’ arbitrary scale:

  1. Enlightenment (1,000)
  2. Peace
  3. Joy / Unconditional Love
  4. Love
  5. Reason

If you live most of the time feeling love for yourself and others, with positive thoughts, this is an indication that you are at least vibrating at the high frequency of “Love”! 💟

Exercises to Increase Vibrational Frequency

There are several Exercises to Increase Vibrational Frequency.

So, I will list and explain each one below, in order—from the simplest and most immediate results to those that are long-term or require more practice to bring results, ok?

They come from various different sources of study. I list them in detail at the end of the article.

Change Your Environment. Now!

If you are in a moment where you feel “stuck” in a low vibration, STOP!

Get up, change environments, drink water, take three deep breaths…

This will already help a lot. Even better if you can go out for a 10- to 20-minute walk.

Listen to Classical Music / Music That Makes You Feel Joyful

Sound contains vibrations, and they influence us. Lyrics and rhythm also contribute. So, create a playlist of good vibes music / music that lifts your mood, and press play whenever you need a little help!

Contemplate Simple Things

Empty your mind and observe, with love, something like a leaf on a plant, releasing rational thoughts. Touch it, stroke it, smell it… Focus only on it.

This can work almost like a meditation, because you are setting aside ego and rationality and allowing feeling, subconscious, and intuition to appreciate.

Something as simple as just watching the clouds in the sky can also help.

Bless Your Food

The moment we eat is one of the moments when we absorb the most external energy.

Therefore, it is worth concentrating, taking a deep breath beforehand, thanking nature and everyone involved in the production chain until the food reaches your plate, intending that its energies be cleansed, that only what is good be absorbed by your body, and that it perfectly nourishes all your cells.

Feel your body becoming happy and healthy with this truth!

Have Physical Contact with Nature

Such as connecting with plants and flowers, walking barefoot on grass or sand, taking a sea or waterfall bath, hugging a tree. We are nature, and connecting with it helps our vibrations.

Hug People

We exchange beneficial hormones, which raises our vibration! Choose someone you like and feel close to, and give them a warm hug. It is very likely they will feel happy about it too.

Get Sunlight

Just 20 to 25 minutes of sunlight per day already nourishes you with Vitamin D. It also helps raise your vibrational frequency and maintain your aura.

Drink Water

The average is 2 liters per day, but tap here to find the ideal amount for your weight).

Truly, this helps alkalize our body—and thus increase our vibrational frequency and energy.

Important: If the water has high acidity, it will reduce your vibration.

Meditate

At least 10 minutes a day, dedicate yourself to relaxing comfortably and focusing on mental clarity, emptying your mind of everything else.

It is good to watch the video above at least once so you can learn how not to depend on music, mantras, or anything beyond yourself!

Preferably, do it at the same time every day (but it is infinitely better to do it than not to do it!).

Remember Joyful Moments / Laugh

Remembering moments connects you to the emotions of those moments. After all, your mind does not know exactly the difference between memory, imagination, and reality—so it reacts in the same way, as if you were experiencing the situation now.

Use this positively by keeping images and videos that help you “teleport” to those happy moments. Memory alone also works.

Watching a light comedy film is also an option to raise vibrations in the short term!

Forgive

If you suffer and blame someone for something, there is a negative charge in the present related to something from the past. Depression is associated with getting stuck there, and sadness is a low vibration.

In addition, when we are in a high vibration, such as joy, our natural focus is to look forward in our evolution, not toward judgment or resentment about others’ lives.

We must focus on the HERE AND NOW, living in the present — which raises your vibration.

Understand that what the other person did was according to their maturity at that moment, and, like everyone, they are in a process of learning and evolution.

If it concerns your parents, a basic way to forgive them is to remember that you should be grateful to them for giving you LIFE — the most precious gift of all!

Another recommendation is the film “The Shack”.

Do Physical Activities

Preferably aerobic ones, and activities that make you sweat. The body was made to move, and this agitation, this movement, helps to raise your energy!

After all, high frequencies are fast and low ones are slow. ;)

Sleep Well

Sleep your ideal number of hours every day and, preferably, within a routine at the same time, in a completely dark and calm environment, if possible.

For this, one recommendation is to start disconnecting (turning off TV, cell phone, screens, and general agitation) at 8:00 p.m. in order to sleep at 10:00 p.m. and thus wake up at 6:00 a.m. Following this logic, adjust it to your ideal and possible schedule.

Use a cell phone app such as Sleep Cycle to measure the quality of your sleep and wake up more calmly at the lightest moment of it: download for Android or download for iPhone.

Have a High-Level Morning Self-Care Routine

In the first 30 seconds after waking up, emanate positive thoughts.

Ex.: “How great it is to wake up and be alive!“.

This is extremely powerful, because the first seconds set the tone for your day.

There are some phrases you can say with emotion to help with this, such as these 4:

In addition, Bruno Gimenes from Luz da Serra suggests:

  1. Write on paper gratitude for your main activities of the day as if they were already completed. Ex.: “Gratitude because today I managed to: Skate, deliver project X, go to sleep on time,” and mentally feel the good sensation of accomplishment in each one;
  2. Look into your own eyes in the mirror and repeat: “I am a channel of God to expand and improve the world,” while gently tapping with a cupped hand on the thymus (in the center and slightly above the breasts, where the heart chakra is located).

Also, prioritize starting with what elevates and strengthens you, such as:

  • Drinking water (the average is 2 liters per day, but click here to know the ideal amount for your weight);
  • Brushing your teeth;
  • Taking a cold shower;
  • Eating well;
  • Doing an aerobic activity (e.g., jumping jacks);
  • Reading something uplifting (even if only for 20 minutes; e.g., the book “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind”);
  • Meditating (at least 10 minutes)…

Only after taking care of yourself, open up to receive the demands of the world, such as accumulated notifications on your phone, work, or turning on the TV, for example.

Avoid Lowering Your Vibration

One of the perhaps easiest ways to raise your vibration is to cut out or reduce what lowers your vibrational frequency. Had you ever thought about that?

Avoid Consuming Low-Vibration Content

Whether News, Series, Movies, Conversations, posts in your social media feed

Eliminate as much as possible what transmits low vibrations, such as sadness, fear, shame… Unfollow, hide posts from people—whatever you can.

Violence, the cult of intrigue, horror stories that cause fear, etc., connect you to these vibrations. Therefore, avoiding them will help you reach and remain in high vibrational frequencies.

SUPER TIP: If you use 1 hour a day on social media or TV/Netflix to relax, try during this time, or part of it, to watch on YouTube content that will help you evolve today, from someone who is an authority on the subject and teaches in a light and/or humorous way!

Avoid Eating Animals and Their Derivatives

It is simple and biophysical: the consumption of animals and their derivatives densifies the auric field, including due to their suffering—which becomes embedded and ends up influencing us negatively.

A healthier and lighter energetic field will help you remain in high vibrations, in addition to facilitating the practice of conscious astral projection.

Avoid the Consumption of Industrialized and Processed Foods

For example, prefer a boiled sweet potato rather than sliced whole wheat bread from the market which has undergone manipulation of fundamental ingredients.

It also helps a lot to cut out fast food, sugar (especially refined), white flour, and refined table salt.

All of this makes your body slower and overloads the liver (which helps produce ectoplasm — a semi-material energy that stays around our body and protects us, for example, from possible obsessors).

Avoid Fluoride Intake

In short, having balanced chakras helps maintain high vibrations, and fluoride inhibits the functioning of the pineal gland — related to the crown chakra.

Avoid Comparing Yourself to Other People

Each person is unique, and comparing yourself can generate an effect as if you were devaluing your own identity, or even that of the other person.

If you have the habit of feeling inferior when seeing other people’s lives, recognize that there is an issue with your self-confidence, study and practice to improve it while reducing the habit of comparison.

Also, avoid feeling superior to other people. It is the same logic: each one has their virtues, areas for improvement, history, mission, and is at a different moment in life, with their own challenges. Focus on your own growth!

Avoid Ingesting Alcohol, Drugs, and Smoking Tobacco

Intoxicants, in general, harm our auric field and our energies, making us more vulnerable.

“Drugs” here also include medications and harmful chemicals that we voluntarily put into our bodies, such as nail polish, hair dye, antiperspirant, perfumes…

Eliminate Negative Addictions

It may be in games, pornography, soda, cigarettes…

Anything you cannot control can lower your energy due to compulsion, which drains you.

Avoid Bad Music

Lyrics that talk about suffering, sadness, will connect you to such vibrations — which are bad. Also those that speak of violence or bring negative attitudes.

Avoid Living with Negative People

Avoid living with negative people and, if that is not possible, do not engage in conversation or argue with them, as this will drain your energy.

If you live with a depressive person, you can help, but not allow yourself to be influenced.

Avoid Complaining, Envying, Gossiping, Judging, Staying in a Bad Mood

Focus on your self-knowledge, on occupying yourself with what improves you. Paying attention to other people’s lives will probably distract you and hinder you from raising your vibrations.

When talking to people, switch the subject from “people” to “projects, desires/dreams.” It may be necessary to change your circle of friends for this, and that is okay — it can be a gradual process!

Do Not Worry or Lament or Blame Yourself

Worry usually relates to anxiety about a possible future.

However, we must focus on the HERE AND NOW, live in the present — which raises your vibration.

Do your part and let go, let it flow. Do not try to control the future because it is impossible. Everything can change.

Likewise, do not keep reliving the past. If there is still something to take from it in order to take action today to improve, then do it, forgive yourself, let go, and do not revisit it! After all, you cannot change it; today you have awareness and the chance to do everything differently.

Depression can arise from this martyrdom over an unhappy past, and sadness is a low vibration.

Furthermore, archangels, beings of light, ascended masters cannot approach us when we feel Guilt — it is an energetic frequency that most repels them. They can approach when you manage to transform guilt into learning. Our guilt energy itself makes us believe we do not deserve their presence.

Avoid Wanting to Help and Save Everyone

This may have surprised you, but that is exactly it.

Each person has their own challenges and their own timing. Many times, in the act of wanting to help someone, we may prevent them from going through the situation that would turn suffering into learning and finally evolve in their life.

Advise only if the person is open to it, but do not take on their pain nor exhaust yourself to prevent them from dealing with their own challenges. You may be hindering their evolution toward being more independent to feed your ego of being useful and necessary. Have you ever thought about that?

Practice Gratitude (THE MOST POWERFUL!)

Sincerely and with emotion, give thanks for life, for having equipment, education, and access to read this text, and everything else! It is simple and THE MOST POWERFUL WAY TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION.

After all, gratitude connects you to love for life.

Worrying and thinking about lack, feeling anxious about what you would like, has the opposite effect of gratitude. So avoid it!

Connect with the Divine / Pray

It does not have to be the Lord’s Prayer; it needs to be with intention and sincerity. The Universe, God, “hears” energy, intention. Therefore, speak with an open heart, remembering to give thanks and emanate good energies before asking.

Perform Meditations and Visualizations

There are specific meditations aimed at raising vibrational frequency, such as the following, by Maura de Albanesi, a scholar and lecturer on energy:

The exercise starts at minute 14:23 and I have already advanced the video to it, but the beginning is very interesting and I recommend it!

Do it while following the video; it is truly powerful and will prove to you that vibrating in Joy is a mental command!

Have a Loving Pet

Having a pet that transmits love and accompanies us helps raise our vibration.

Preserve Positive Thoughts in Your Mind

It is simple, but it can be the exercise of a lifetime. Think about what is good, the solution, what you want (and not what you do not want), preserving goodness, contributing.

Instead of thinking “I am sad,” invert it and ask yourself: “I can be happy. Who can help me?” and research mentors or those who have already reached where you want to go to learn from them (it can be through free content such as on YouTube).

Studying and practicing emotional intelligence, such as watching and controlling the mind, also helps, as does seeking to understand whether you have blocks / limiting beliefs of self-worth, for example.

“Pray and watch.” — Jesus.

Visualize and Have Faith in What You Desire!

Instead of thinking “I would like not to be sad,” have faith and begin to feed and repeat daily WITH SINCERE EMOTION “I am happy!” — and so it shall be!

The law of attraction brings more of the same, so we need to BE (feel) before being. It is a matter of electromagnetic attunement.

Moreover, your brain does not understand the word “not.”

So, if I say “do not think of a white elephant,” it will materialize in your mind.

How to solve this? Just do not mention it and say what I want. For example: Imagine yourself now joyful because you achieved what you most desire today. That’s all!
